Packed with Vitamin E, this game time favorite is made extra creamy with lowfat milk and cottage cheese.
Chop tomatoes and cilantro. Peel avocado and remove its pit.
In a bowl, place the avocado and milk. Mash the avocado until finely blended with the milk.
Then add the cottage cheese, jalapeño, salt, pepper and lime or lemon juice to the mixture.
Serve with tortilla chips.
*Add one whole jalapeño if you like it hot!
1 ripe avocado
1/3 cup of Meadow Brook Dairy DairyPure Milk (Lowfat Milk works fine)
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeño*
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
